Torrent Pharmaceuticals announced that Markand Bhatt has ceased to be the Director of the Company pursuant to his retirement from the Board from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting held on 02 August 2018.

Ameera Shah has been appointed as an Independent Director for a term of 3 years effective from the date of Annual General Meeting held on 02 August 2018.
