Torrent Power reports consolidated net profit of Rs 396.93 crore in the March 2021 quarter

Sales rise 3.37% to Rs 3084.13 crore

Net profit of Torrent Power reported to Rs 396.93 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against net loss of Rs 274.92 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020. Sales rose 3.37% to Rs 3084.13 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 2983.50 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020.

For the full year,net profit rose 9.95% to Rs 1290.93 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 1174.15 crore during the previous year ended March 2020. Sales declined 10.76% to Rs 12172.66 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 13640.63 crore during the previous year ended March 2020.
