Torrent Power updates on scheme of amalgamation

To file High Court order with RoC

Torrent Power announced that the Company has received the Certified True Copy of the Order of the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat sanctioning the Composite Scheme of Amalgamation of Torrent Energy ("Transferor Company-1"), and Torrent Cables ("Transferor Company-2") with Torrent Power (Company or Transferee Company).

The said Order shall be filed with the Registrar of Companies within the prescribed timelines.
