Transcorp International fixes record date for sub-division of shares

Record date is 12 May 2016

Transcorp International has fixed 12 May 2016 as the Record Date for the purpose of Sub Division of existing equity shares from every 1 (One) equity share of Rs. 10/- (Ten) each into 5 (Five) equity shares of Rs. 2/- (Two) each fully paid-up.
