Tube Investments of India has allotted 3,964 equity shares of Re.1/- each at an Exercise Price of Rs.44.36 per share.

With this allotment, the number of equity shares outstanding has increased from 19,28,16,871 to 19,28,20,835 and the paid up equity share capital from Rs.19,28,16,871/- to Rs. 19,28,20,835/-.
