UltraTech Cement to issue USD denominated Notes aggregating USD 400 mn

UltraTech Cement announced that the Finance Committee of the Board of the company at its meeting held on 08 February 2021 has approved the issuance of unconditional, unsubordinated and unsecured USD denominated notes aggregating to USD 400 million, corresponding to Rs. 3,000 crore. The Notes will be in the form of 'Sustainability Linked Bonds'.
