Unichem Laboratories allots equity shares

Unichem Laboratories announced that the Board at its meeting held on 18 October 2014, allotted 47,775 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each pursuant to exercise of options to the eligible employees under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2008 of the Company.
