Unichem Laboratories standalone net profit rises 186.66% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales rise 16.59% to Rs 292.13 crore

Net profit of Unichem Laboratories rose 186.66% to Rs 28.15 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 9.82 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales rose 16.59% to Rs 292.13 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 250.56 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit rose 56.16% to Rs 100.57 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 64.40 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales rose 11.83% to Rs 1204.35 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 1076.90 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
