Net loss of Uniphos Enterprises reported to Rs 3.09 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against net profit of Rs 2.58 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012. There were no sales reported in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 9.39 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012.

For the Audited full year,net loss reported to Rs 10.18 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against net profit of Rs 1.19 crore during the previous year ended March 2012. Sales declined 88.18% to Rs 1.11 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 9.39 crore during the previous year ended March 2012.
