United Breweries standalone net profit rises 134.91% in the March 2021 quarter

Sales rise 8.38% to Rs 1543.48 crore

Net profit of United Breweries rose 134.91% to Rs 96.76 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 41.19 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020. Sales rose 8.38% to Rs 1543.48 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 1424.17 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020.

For the full year,net profit declined 73.59% to Rs 112.85 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 427.23 crore during the previous year ended March 2020. Sales declined 34.80% to Rs 4240.73 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 6504.55 crore during the previous year ended March 2020.
