Unity Infraprojects will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 27 May 2015, to consider and approve audited financial results, for the quarter / year ended 31 March 2015 and allotment of equity shares to CDR Lenders and promoters pursuant to CDR Scheme.
