Universal Office Automation announces change in directorate
With effect from 23 October 2015
Universal Office Automation announced about the following changes in structure of the Company's Board:1. Bhupinder Gupta has been appointed as Additional Director of the Company.
2. Vikas Agarwal has been appointed as Additional Director of the Company.
Further, pursuant to Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013, Bhupinder Gupta is also appointed as Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. 23 October 2015 in the casual vacancy caused by demise of Kul Bhushan Rattan on 10 September 2015.
