UPL completes its investment in shares and OCDs of All Fresh Supply Management

UPL announced that it has acquired 7.32% shareholding in All Fresh Supply Management. In addition, the company has also acquired OCDs which can be converted into equity shares in future, at a pre-determined formula, based on the Company's performance and in accordance with the share subscription agreement of 10 May 2019.
