Net profit of Vardhman Holdings reported to Rs 4.94 crore in the quarter ended March 2019 as against net loss of Rs 1.27 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2018. Sales rose 128.77% to Rs 3.34 crore in the quarter ended March 2019 as against Rs 1.46 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2018.

For the full year,net profit declined 32.35% to Rs 30.26 crore in the year ended March 2019 as against Rs 44.73 crore during the previous year ended March 2018. Sales declined 35.05% to Rs 32.02 crore in the year ended March 2019 as against Rs 49.30 crore during the previous year ended March 2018.
