To undertake expansion of Billet capacity
Vardhman Special Steels announced that the Company has decided to undertake expansion activities as follows:1. Proposed Expansion: To increase existing Billet Capacity
2. Existing Billet Capacity: 125,000 MT
3. Existing Capacity Utilization: 100%
4. Proposed Capacity Addition: From existing to 165,000 MT
5. Period within which proposed capacity is to be added: 1 year (by the year 2016-17)

7. Investment Required: Rs. 37 crore
8. Mode of financing: Term Loan/ Internal accruals
9. Rationale: To meet higher demand from customers, increase in productivity and optimum utilization of new rolling mill.
