Vardhman Special Steels standalone net profit rises 10.74% in the March 2022 quarter

Sales rise 2.65% to Rs 343.35 crore

Net profit of Vardhman Special Steels rose 10.74% to Rs 29.19 crore in the quarter ended March 2022 as against Rs 26.36 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2021. Sales rose 2.65% to Rs 343.35 crore in the quarter ended March 2022 as against Rs 334.48 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2021.

For the full year,net profit rose 127.99% to Rs 100.75 crore in the year ended March 2022 as against Rs 44.19 crore during the previous year ended March 2021. Sales rose 46.03% to Rs 1368.46 crore in the year ended March 2022 as against Rs 937.08 crore during the previous year ended March 2021.
