Veritas (India) announces increase in FII investment limit

FIIs/ RFPIs allowed to invest up to 100% under PIS

Veritas (India) announced that with reference to the postal ballot resolution passed for increasing the limits for investment for FII and subsequent to the Company's application made to Reserve Bank of India for taking note of the special resolution passed by the Company.

The same is noted by Reserve Bank of India.

Hence forth FIIs, RFPIs can invest in the Company Veritas (India) upto 100% of paid up capital under portfolio investment scheme.
