Viceroy Hotels received resignation letter dated 21 April 2018 through mail on 25 April 2018 from Katragadda Rajesh, Independent Director of the company. Karuchola Koteswara Rao, Resolution Professional of the company accepted the resignation of Katragadda Rajesh as Independent Director of the company upon the approval of the resignation of Mr. Katragadda Rajesh by the Committee of Creditors ('COC') in their meeting held on 30 April 2018.
