Visesh Infotecnics announces appointment of Director cum CEO

Visesh Infotecnics annouonced that Vishal Anand has joined the board of directors of the Company as a board member. Further pursuant of provisions of Section 203(1) of the Companies Act, 2013, Vishal Anand, has been designated as Chief Executive Officer.
