Volumes jump at Clariant Chemicals (India) counter

Delta Corp, MRF and United Breweries are among the other stocks to see a surge in volumes on BSE today, 13 December 2013.

Clariant Chemicals (India) clocked volume of 1.89 lakh shares by 12:50 IST on BSE, a 21.03-times surge over two-week average daily volume of 9,000 shares. The stock jumped 5.59% to Rs 654.50.

Delta Corp notched up volume of 10.06 lakh shares, a 2.24-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 4.49 lakh shares. The stock rose 2.68% to Rs 95.85.

MRF saw volume of 10,000 shares, a 2.08-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 5,000 shares. The stock fell 1.36% to Rs 19,282.

United Breweries clocked volume of 1.25 lakh shares, a 1.67-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 75,000 shares. The stock rose 1.95% to Rs 829.70.
