Volumes jump at IIFL Holdings counter

Abbott India, Bajaj Finance, JSW Holdings, and EID-Parry (India) are among the other stocks to see a surge in volumes on BSE today, 11 September 2014.

IIFL Holdings clocked volume of 13.97 lakh shares by 13:38 IST on BSE, a 117.09-times surge over two-week average daily volume of 12,000 shares. The stock jumped 4.15% at Rs 150.60.

Abbott India notched up volume of 15,000 shares, a 24.74-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 1,000 shares. The stock jumped 16.69% at Rs 3,330.

Bajaj Finance saw volume of 51,000 shares, a 23.57-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 2,000 shares. The stock rose 1.39% at Rs 2,602.70.

JSW Holdings clocked volume of 2.26 lakh shares, a 14.52-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 16,000 shares. The stock jumped 9.71% at Rs 931.

EID-Parry (India) saw volume of 5.64 lakh shares, a 10.97-fold rise over two-week average daily volume of 51,000 shares. The stock surged 4.04% at Rs 231.55.
