Volumes jump at Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services counter

BEML, Dewan Housing Finance Corporation, L&T Finance Holdings and Arvind are among the other stocks to see a surge in volumes on BSE today, 23 December 2013.

Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services clocked volume of 4.44 lakh shares by 13:42 IST on BSE, a 6.59-times surge over two-week average daily volume of 67,000 shares. The stock surged 4.33% at Rs 328.

BEML notched up volume of 3.81 lakh shares, a 5.72-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 67,000 shares. The stock spurted 11.31% at Rs 233.70.

Dewan Housing Finance Corporation saw volume of 4.04 lakh shares, a 4.72-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 86,000 shares. The stock jumped 14.2% at Rs 212.30.

L&T Finance Holdings clocked volume of 29.45 lakh shares, a 4.49-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 6.55 lakh shares. The stock surged 6.76% at Rs 72.60.

Arvind clocked volume of 7.64 lakh shares, a 2.7-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 2.83 lakh shares. The stock spurted 6.8% at Rs 135.15.
