Volumes jump at Rallis India counter

Elantas Beck India, Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company, Federal Bank and Stampede Capital are among the other stocks to see a surge in volumes on BSE today, 26 August 2015.

Rallis India clocked volume of 9.44 lakh shares by 13:48 IST on BSE, a 25.52 times surge over two-week average daily volume of 37,000 shares. The stock rose 2.17% at Rs 216.15. A bulk deal of 7.82 lakh shares was executed on the scrip at Rs 211.85 per share at 10:48 IST on BSE today, 26 August 2015.

Elantas Beck India notched up volume of 51,000 shares, a 8.74-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 6,000 shares. The stock fell 2.88% at Rs 1,276.

Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company saw volume of 1.23 lakh shares, a 8.54-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 14,000 shares. The stock advanced 2.06% at Rs 611.

Federal Bank clocked volume of 51.89 lakh shares, a 4.68-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 11.09 lakh shares. The stock lost 2.48% at Rs 61.

Stampede Capital saw volume of 3.28 lakh shares, a 3.16-fold rise over two-week average daily volume of 1.04 lakh shares. The stock surged 5% at Rs 311.75.
