Walchandnagar Industries recommends dividend

Of Rs 2 each (20%)

The board of directors of Walchandnagar Industries in its meeting held on 27 November 2013 have recommended dividend of Rs 2 each (20%) on the equity shares i.e. Rs 0.40 per share and this dividend recommended by the directors will be paid on 08 February 2014.
