Welcast Steels announced that due to personal and unavoidable circumstances, Komal Shaival Majmudar has tendered her resignation as an Additional Director of the Company.Further, pursuant to requirement of Section 149 (1) of the Companies Act, 2013 and Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement, the Board of Directors of the Company by way of Circular Resolution appointed Mrs. Khushali Samip Solanki, as an Additional Director (Non-Executive) on the Board of the Company effective from 15 April 2015 to hold office upto the date of next Annual General Meeting.
