Womens Next Loungeries announced that the Allotment Committee at its meeting held on 27 November 2017 has allotted -8.75 lakh equity shares at a price of Rs 60 to the Promoters/ Non Promoters.
35.50 lakh convertible warrants at a price of Rs 60 to the Promoters/ Non Promoters.
Pursuant to the above allotment of equity shares, the paid up share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 4.50 crore
