To set up a large scale amusement park in Chennai
Wonderla Holidays announced that the Company has signed Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) with the Government of Tamil Nadu at the Global Investors Meet (GIM) held on 10 September 2015 to set up a large scale amusement park at Chennai.As per the MOU, the government of Tamil Nadu will facilitate speedy clearance to the project through single window clearance and will provide uninterrupted power and water supply.
The Company proposes to make an investment of Rs. 300 crores in the project over a period of next three years. The Company proposes to fund the project through combination of debt and internal accruals.
