Yash Trading & Finance will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 28 August 2014 to consider appointment of key managerial personnel, to consider rights issue of shares and consequent proposal to increase authorised capital, to recommend appointment of independent directors, and approve alteration in Articles of Association of the company.
