Yes Bank allots equity shares

Under ESOP

Yes Bank has allotted 2,26,746 (Two Lakhs Twenty Six Thousand Seven Hundred and Forty Six) equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each on 22 January 2016 under the JESOP II, JESOP IV, JESOP V, PESOP I, PESOP II & PESOP II - 2010.

The paid up share capital of the Bank has accordingly been increased from Rs. 4,19,71,60,900 consisting of 41,97,16,090 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 4,19,94,28,360 consisting of 41,99,42,836 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
