Yes Bank allots equity shares
Under ESOP
Yes Bank has allotted 96,375 (Ninety Six Thousand Three Hundred and Seventy Five) equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each on 24 November 2016 under the JESOP IV, JESOP V, PESOP I and PESOP II - 2010.The paid up share capital of the Bank has accordingly been increased from Rs. 4,22,64,90,430/- consisting of 42,26,49,043 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 4,22,74,54,180/-consisting of 42,27,45,418 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
