Zee Entertainment Enterprises allots 11,240 equity shares under ESOP

Zee Entertainment Enterprises has allotted 11,240 Equity Shares of Re 1/- each under ESOP. Consequent to the allotment, the Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 96,05,15,715 comprising of 96,05,15,715 Equity Shares of Re 1/- each with effect from April 12, 2021. The said shares will rank pari passu in all respect with the existing equity shares of the Company.
