Zensar Technologies announced that on exercise of Stock Option by Employees of the Company, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors has on 18 September 2015 allotted fully paid up 16,860 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company to its Employees.
