Zydus and Bayer announce continuity of their successful Joint Venture

Bayer (South East Asia) Pte and Cadila Healthcare today announced the extension of their Joint Venture by three years from June 2021. The companies first entered into an agreement on 28 January 2011 to set up the Joint Venture - Bayer Zydus Pharma for the sales and marketing of pharmaceutical products in India, with headquarters in Mumbai.
