Record date is 17 March 2016; Dividend payment date is 21 March 2016

Zydus Wellness has fixed 17 March 2016 as the Record Date for the purpose of Payment of Interim Dividend.

Further, the interim dividend shall be paid to the shareholders entitled thereto, on and from, 21 March 2016.
