Nearly 12,000 detonators were recovered and a man was arrested in this connection early Tuesday in Bihar's Kaimur dictrict, police said.
The recovery was made from a vehicle during routine search in view of the forthcoming Lok Sabha polls, Kaimur Superintendent of Police Ratnamani Sanjeev said.
He added the man was arrested and was being questioned over the explosives, usually used in illegal mining.
