17 die in China plant blasts
At least 17 people were killed and 20 injured Wednesday after blasts in a plant in China's Guangdong province.
All injured people were taken to hospitals, Xinhua reported.
A probe has been launched to determine the cause of the blasts that took place in Foshan city.
