At least 19 terrorists were killed in aerial raids carried out in Pakistan's tribal region of North Waziristan Tuesday, the army said.

The strikes were carried out at terrorist hideouts in Dandi Kachkol, Gurbaz and Mana areas of North Waziristan, the Pakistan Army's media wing ISPR reported.

The strikes were carried out as part of the ongoing military operation Zarb-e-Azb launched in North Waziristan June 2014 to eliminate terrorists and their sanctuaries.
