21 killed in fire incident in Russia

At least 21 people were killed in a fire incident in Voronezh region of Russia, source said.

"For the moment, 21 people are dead. Rescuers are searching for two missing persons," Tass news agency quoted the emergencies ministry as saying.

The fire erupted in psychiatric hospital on Saturday night. There were 74 people, including four medical workers, inside the building when it went ablaze.
