As many as 35 suspects have been arrested during a search operation in Pakistan's Peshawar city in connection with a mosque attack in which three people were killed and 13 suffered injuries, Online news agency reported.
The attack was carried out in the North-West Frontier province's Sarband city late Thursday night, as unidentified assailants attacked the mosque with gunfire coupled with hand grenades in Achini Bala area.
According to preliminary investigation, about 20 terrorists lobbed hand grenades and later opened gunfire at Pirano Mosque.
According to an initial police probe, the militants fled towards Khyber agency after carrying out the attack.
