Delhi Chief Minster Tuesday urged all legislators to rise above party lines and join hands to make the capital a better place.
In his reply to the motion of thanks to the Lt. Governor's address in the assembly, Kejriwal said Delhi cannot be improved by only 28 legislators of the Aam Aadmi Party.
"Only 28 MLAs of our party cannot improve Delhi. All 70 MLAs will have to come together and join hands to make Delhi a better city," he said.
"We cannot achieve Swaraj (self rule) without a dialogue among the members of the house," he said.
In his four-minute reply to the almost six-hour-long discussion in the assembly, Kejriwal said his team was a novice in the political landscape.
Congress and Bharatiya Janata Party leaders blamed the Kejriwal government for its lack of vision and direction.
However, Kejriwal avoided direct answers to any questions raised on the floor of the house.
"We have got some good suggestions and solutions to various problems from the discussion in the house. I have taken note of everything. The suggestions are really constructive. I would request you to keep scolding us and never let us sleep or falter," the chief minister said.
