Popular Tamil television and film actress Neelima Rani is all set to take the plunge as a producer with upcoming Tamil mega serial titled "Niram Maaratha Pookkal".
This will be her maiden step in her production career.
"Getting into production has been my dream for nearly two decades. My husband and I have started a banner called Isai Picture and we have this show coming up. It's a triangular love story and we've shot in Muttam, Nagercoil and Kanyakumari," Neelima told IANS.
Her production stint won't stop with the daily soap.
"We are finalising the script to announce our first film production. We should be able to make an announcement by this year-end," she said.
Neelima has starred in over 80 soaps and in about 50 films.
