Aishwarya, Amitabh among Bollywood mourners at Aadesh's 'Chautha'

Numerous Bollywood celebrities including Amitabh Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan attended music composer Aadesh Shrivastava's 'Chautha' or fourth day of death ceremony here on Tuesday.

Not just people from the music industry but several actors and directors came. Apart from the Bachchans, Madhuri Dixit, Rishi Kapoor, Pritam, Shekhar Kapur, Abbas Mustan, Shankar Mahadevan, Udit Narayan, Anees Bazmee, Pandit Jasraj, Jackie Shroff, Jeetendra, Mika Singh, Juhi Chawla, Anu Malik, Kailash Kher, Satish Kaushik, Indra Kumar, Neha Dhupia, Shaan were present.

Shrivastava, 51, who was suffering from cancer, passed away on September 5. He is survived by his wife Vijayta Pandit and sons, Anivesh and Avitesh.

Shrivastava, who had composed some memorable numbers for Amitabh in the film "Baghban" was said to be very close to him. And the megastar had even tweeted about the 'chautha' along with the venue and time which was ISKCON in Juhu.

He has been in the industry for the past 25 years as a background score composer, music director and singer. "Sona Sona", "Shava Shavaa" were some of his popular numbers while "Chalte Chalte", "Kabhie Khushi Kabhie Gham", "Rajneeti" were some of the films he composed music for.
