Akhilesh Yadav greets people of UP on Republic Day
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav on Wednesday greeted the people of the state on Republic Day.
In a message issued here on the eve of the Republic Day, he said that the occasion provides everyone with an opportunity to salute and remember the known and unsung martyrs who laid down their lives of the freedom of the country.
"It is because of their supreme sacrifices that we are citizens of a free country," he added.
