Actor Andrew Garfield is reportedly in talks to play the lead role in director Ramin Bahrani's movie "99 Homes".
If the deal is closed, Garfield, who is known for his role in the "Spiderman" series, will essay the role of a man who works with a manipulative real estate broker, reports hollywoodreporter.com.
Currently, the producers of the movie are also on the look out for an actor, who will be best for the role of the manipulative broker.
Meanwhile, Garfield is busy shooting for the sequel to "Amazing Spider-Man", which is due for release next year.
