Ansari meets Fidel Castro

Indian Vice President Hamid Ansari met with Cuban revolutionary hero Fidel Castro in Havana on Wednesday during his official visit to Cuba.

The meeting with the former Cuban president lasted 35-minutes.

Ansari, who arrived in Cuba Wednesday, inaugurated a Festival of India and held delegation level talks with Cuban leaders, official sources said in New Delhi.
