Ashish Sharma's new fitness mantra (TV Snippets)

Actor Ashish Sharma, currently seen as Ram in the popular mythological show "Siya Ke Ram", prefers to jog his way to the sets to keep himself healthy.

"I begin my day at 5 a.m. every day. Even though the call time on set is 7 a.m. I need to be on set by 6 a.m. so that I am ready on time for my shot and to get into my costume. The entire look takes about 45 minutes to an hour," he said said in a statement.

"Amid all this, I don't get the time to work out because pack-up too happens late in the night. Keeping this in mind, I have decided to walk or jog my way to the sets in the morning and at night."

"This way, I am at least keeping my workout process continued and there's no stopping," said Ashish, who has previously appeared in shows like "Gunahon Ka Devta", "Chandragupta Maurya" and "Rangrasiya".

"Siya Ke Ram", which airs on Star Plus, also features Madirakshi Mundle and Dalip Tahil among others.

The show is a unique depiction of the epic Ramayana from Sita's perspective.

'Everybody Loves Raymond' returns to India

Popular American sitcom "Everybody Loves Raymond" is all set to entertain the Indian audiences once again.

While the show's Indian adaptation "Sumit Sambhal Lega" is garnering appreciation for its humour and storyline, English channel Romedy NOW is bringing back the original series and will air nine back-to-back seasons of the show starting Thursday, read a statement.

"Everybody Loves Raymond", which stars actor Ray Romano in the lead, revolves around Ray Barone, a successful sportswriter living in New York, with his wife Debra (Patricia Heaton) and three children.

Their big happy family gets a bit too big -- and less happy -- when Barone's parents, Frank (Peter Boyle) and Marie (Doris Roberts), frequently stop by, since they live directly across the street.

Shweta Tiwari is like elder sister: Shivangi Joshi

Actress Shivangi Joshi, currently seen onscreen as Poonam in TV show "Begusarai", has developed a close bonding with her co-star Shweta Tiwari. She says Shweta is like an "elder sister" to her.

"I am blessed to be part of 'Begusarai' team. Shweta is like an elder sister to me. I get to learn a lot of things from her," Shivangi, who was earlier seen on the small screen in TV show "Beintehaa", said in a statement.

"Begusarai", aired on &TV, revolves around the Thakur family -- how they become head of the village and people are scared of them. It also has a love angle and property issues in the storyline.
