Segovia (Spain), July 12 (IANS/EFE) Current La Liga champions Atletico Madrid started their preparations for the 2014-15 season in Los Angeles de San Rafael near capital Madrid but without their forward Adrian Lopez.
The Spaniard went to Portugal to finalise his deal with FC Porto, reports Efe.
The Rojiblancos' training camp features 24 players including eight Atletico youngsters and began Friday with various physical exercises which lasted for an hour and a half.
The training session also did not feature Brazilian defender Joao Miranda and goalkeeper Miguel Angel Moya.
