Australia beat Pakistan by one run in a nail biting cricket match to clean sweep the One-Day International series 3-0.

George Bailey won the toss and elected to bat with Australia posting 231 in their 50 overs here Sunday night.

David Warner and Steve Smith were the top scorers with the bat for the tourists scoring 56 and 77 runs respectively.

In response, Pakistan started well and looked comfortable in their chase before Australia pegged back the required run rate.

Glenn Maxwell (2-41) sealed the match for Australia by picking up two wickets in the final over to clinch the victory by one run.
