Musician B.B. King has been hospitalised at a medical centre near his home in Las Vegas.
The 89-year-old artiste was reportedly rushed to the hospital over the weekend because of an emergency related to his diabetes.
His daughter Claudette later said he "is much better", reports tmz.com.
A source said that King has suffered from the type II diabetes for over two decades. The "Rock me baby" singer was once diagnosed with dehydration and exhaustion while performing at a concert last year. He was supposed to have 70 concerts in 2014 but was forced to cancel the eight remaining concerts due to his health problem.
King has remained active while living with diabetes, and he's even joined the fight against the disease in the past.
