The music of forthcoming film "Bajatey Raho" was scheduled to be launched here Saturday but the event was postponed as a mark of respect to legendary actor Pran.
"Having an event at such a time was out of question and the entire team felt the same. Pran sahab was one of the legends of Indian cinema and it is out of respect that we decided not to go ahead with the music launch," film producer Krishika Lulla said in a statement.
"My team joins hands together with the entire industry in mourning his loss," she added.
Pran, Bollywood's beloved villain, died here late Friday evening at the Lilavati hospital. He was 93.
The music launch of "Bajatey Raho" was to be held at a suburban mall here. But the film's makers decided otherwise.
The film, directed by Shashant Shah, features actors Tusshar Kapoor, Vinay Pathak and Dolly Ahluwalia in lead roles.
Pran was cremated at the Shivaji Park electric crematorium here Saturday afternoon in the presence of his family and friends.
